We are a custom fulfillment company that caters to speciality boutique gift companies. We offer exemplary fulfillment solutions with a nod toward the small details. We manage orders, pick, pack and ship them and handle customer service for multiple boutique gift brands, and are rapidly expanding.
About the position: The Warehouse Manager is primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the business, including:
Overseeing daily production/shipping staff
Setting weekly working schedules for production/shipping staff
Interviewing and hiring of full-time and seasonal production/shipping staff
Training of full-time and seasonal production/shipping staff (including onboarding/evaluations)
Managing day to day tasks for production/shipping staff
Including but not limited to:
prioritizing special projects
quality control process
receiving inventory
overseeing/scheduling work crew
setting production priorities (in conjunction with team leads)
Fulfilling shipping/order requirements for clients
Liaise with fulfillment coordinators for all brands to set priority schedule
General warehouse organization and cleanliness
Shipping and production supply ordering
Communication with CEO/COO when personnel issues arise
Working closely with CEO/COO to identify staffing or equipment needs
Execution of projects established by CEO/COO
This position is based out of our Fulton, MO warehouse. Typical working hours are 8am to 5pm but flex with season and workload. Expect a larger workload during the winter holiday retail season (October-January).

Ideal Skill Set

Previous personnel management

Critical thinking skills to problem solve daily issues that may arise

Skills/experience preferred
Warehouse or Logistics management experience
Fulfillment platform application experience
Technology: have a good handle on internet systems and Microsoft Excel. You should be very comfortable with computers and able to problem-solve tech problems.
Management training and experience is a must
Excellent problem solver and creative-solution finder
Must be extremely efficiency-oriented
Benefits:
Salary: range to be determined, opportunity goes up commensurate with previous experience. Starting range is $22/hour, could be $50-60k for someone with a lot of experience.
